New Build Grant Aid
It may be worth looking at the WREN website for potential funding for social enterprises which are constituted as not for profit and have a bank account in certain parts of Wales looking for grant aid in relation to new build facilities.
Waste Recycling Environmental Limited (WREN)

WREN receives the majority of its funding from the landfill tax levied by Waste Recycling Group and aims to raise levels of awareness of the Landfill Communities Fund so that those organisations with “eligible” projects seek funding support.
If you have clients in an area (in South Wales mainly West Glamorgan)close to a landfil site then it may be worth having a look to see if they are eligible , projects would include village halls, community centres and public parks.
