- Places on Wales Co-operative Centre workshops are limited so we therefore operate a cancellation policy regarding refund or transfer of workshop fees.
- Once you have received confirmation of your place on the workshop you will be liable for the whole fee unless we receive written notification of cancellation.
- For bookings cancelled five or more working days before a workshop is due to start, 100 per cent of workshop fees paid will be refunded or transferred to another workshop.
- No refund will be made for bookings cancelled less than five working days before the event, except in exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of the Training Manager. However, we will consider transferring the workshop fee to another workshop.
- No refund will be made for non-attendance on the workshop.
- In the event of cancellation of a training event by the Wales Co-operative Centre, we will endeavour to inform all participants five working days before the workshop is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. All workshop fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including travel, accommodation etc.
- Where dates are varied by the Wales Co-operative Centre, workshop participants may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient.
- Cancellations are accepted by email, fax, letter or phone.
